Permanent Christmas Lights
Never hang Christmas lights again. One professional install, every holiday covered, controlled from your phone.
The reason most people find Trimlight is simple: they're done with ladders. Done with stapling strands in a 30-mph November wind, done with half-dead sections in the storage bin, done with paying seasonal hangers hundreds of dollars every single year.
Trimlight replaces all of it with a permanent system installed once, professionally, in a color-matched channel under your eaves. When Thanksgiving weekend arrives, you open the app and your house is lit — classic red and green, elegant warm white, candy-cane patterns, whatever you programmed. When January comes, the display turns off, but the system stays right where it is, invisible, waiting for next year. Or for Valentine's Day. Or the Fourth of July.
Everything is scheduled from the Trimlight Edge app: colors, patterns, timers, and dimming. Set it once in November and never touch it again — or change the whole house's look from the couch because the grandkids asked for blue.

Frequently asked questions
What is Trimlight?
Trimlight is a permanent, programmable LED lighting system professionally installed along the roofline of your home or business. The LEDs sit in a color-matched aluminum channel tucked under your eaves, so the system is nearly invisible during the day and stunning at night. You control everything — colors, patterns, schedules — from the Trimlight Edge app on your phone.
How much do permanent Christmas lights cost in Lubbock?
Most residential Trimlight installations are priced by the linear foot of roofline being lit, so the total depends on the size and complexity of your home — a single-story ranch home costs less than a large two-story with multiple gables. We give free, no-pressure quotes, and financing with terms up to 60 months is available, which puts most installs at an affordable monthly payment. See our pricing guide for typical ranges.
Is Trimlight really permanent? What about hail and West Texas wind?
Yes. The aluminum channel is screwed — not stapled or clipped — to your fascia, and the commercial-grade LEDs are rated for outdoor exposure year-round. West Texas wind, dust, sun, and hail are exactly what the system is engineered for, and it's backed by a lifetime warranty on the product plus a 2-year labor warranty.
Can I see the lights before I buy?
Absolutely. We'll show you real installs around Lubbock, photos of homes similar to yours, and a demo of the app so you can see exactly how patterns, dimming, and schedules work before you commit.
How do I control the lights?
Everything runs through the Trimlight Edge app on your phone — colors, patterns, brightness, and schedules. It has a built-in 365-day calendar, so you can program Christmas, Halloween, the Fourth of July, and Texas Tech home games once and the house changes on its own. We pair the system and walk you through the app before we leave your install.
Can I control different areas separately?
Yes. The app treats your roofline, patio, pergola, and any other lit area as separate zones, so they can run different colors and patterns at the same time — or all match. We set your zones up during installation.
Do the lights only do Christmas colors?
No — that's the best part. Every LED is individually programmable to millions of colors. Christmas red and green, Halloween orange and purple, July 4th red-white-and-blue, Texas Tech red on game day, or a soft warm white for elegant everyday accent lighting. You can schedule different looks for different days automatically.
Is the system visible during the day?
Barely. The channel is color-matched to your trim and sits tucked under the eave. Most visitors never notice it until the lights come on. That daytime invisibility is one of the biggest reasons homeowners choose Trimlight over strand lights or competing systems with larger housings.
